Effective January 2007, the Board agreed to establish a new category of membership in the Society. NCMS now welcomes companies to participate in its new ASSOCIATE MEMBER program. The program is outlined below:

Any person, firm, vendor or corporation engaged in selling, dealing in, or manufacturing products, supplies, or services used by the Regular Members of the Society may become an Associate Member of NCMS. All Associate Members are subject to and bound by all the laws and rules of the Society that are in force a the time of admission and as altered, revised, or amended thereafter. Associate Members shall have the rights and privileges of regular members of the Society. Membership in the Society is on a calendar year. Half-dues are accepted for applications received and processed after July 1. Membership in the Society is subject to review and approval by the NCMS Membership Committee.

• Two individual Society memberships per paying entity

• 25% discount on exhibit booth rental at the seminar

• Advertise in the CM Bulletin in member rates

• Permanent listing in the CM Bulletin as an Associate Member

• Recognition on the Associate Member page in the seminar program

• Company logo, listing, and link on the Associate Member page of the NCMS web site

• Opportunity to promote the member company through direct mail advertisements to members (Note: per Society policy, use of member email for promotional purposes is prohibited).

The annual cost for each company is $2000. After July 1, dues for the remaining calendar year are $1000
